NOTICE OF 2025/2026 ADMISSIONS

The CCIS admission unit duly informs parents/guardians and the general public that admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year have began.
Please note that registration entails a two-step procedure for Kindergarten, Primary and JHS 1[Basic 7] applicants, and a single/direct step for Crèche and Nursery applicants.

Kindly acquaint yourself with the details below before commencement of the registration process;

1. Crèche and Nursery applicants shall be admitted directly into their respective grades without undergoing any formal assessment but based on availability of space upon registration.

2. KG, Primary and JHS 1 (Basic 7) applicants shall undergo a formal assessment, of which by requirement shall complete entrance assessment form to confirm their participation in the upcoming entrance assessment schedule for Saturday 2nd August, 2025.

3. Entrance assessment registration deadline for KG, Primary and JHS 1 (Basic 7) is Friday, 31st July 2025.

4. Only registered applicants by the entrance assessment date shall be considered for KG, Primary and JHS 1 (Basic 7) entrance assessments/exams.

5. Selection of qualified candidates into KG, Primary and JHS 1 (Basic 7) shall directly depend on the assessment outcome and availability of space.

6. Qualified applicants shall be provided with a new link to complete admission form for admission [Step 2, only applicable to KG, Primary and JHS 1 (Basic 7) applicants].

7. Deadline for completing admission form for all grades (Crèche to JHS 1) is Friday 15th August, 2025.
